Return & Exchange & Cancellation

Within 10 days of purchase, customer is responsible for 20% restocking fee, all To & from shipping fees, refund based on condition of products & must be in original packaging. If shipping was excluded in the original purchase, it will pro-rated when return/exchange. All custom special orders are non-refundable. All cancel order are subject to 6% (3% to process & 3% for refund) non-refundable credit card processing fee.

All items are carefully inspected prior to shipping, in few cases, item(s) may arrive damage or missing caused by the shipping carrier, for customer’s protection, all customer must inspect all item(s) at the time of delivery and make notation that it was damage or/and missing on the delivery receipt. Then we will proceed to file a claim with the shipping carrier to seek replacement/reimbursement. Without noted delivery receipt stating items are damaged and/missing, the chance of winning the claim with the shipping carrier is extremely low.

The only way to seek replacement/reimbursement is through claim process with the shipping carrier if item(s) arrives damaged or missing, not the seller/Tiffany’s Furniture. However, Tiffany’s furniture will represent customer on their behalf to file the claim to the shipping carrier.

Terms and Conditions

When you purchase our products, we will do our very best to help you. Before you make a purchase, you need to read and agree to the following reminder for our mutual protection.  If you have disagreement, you need to inform us before purchase, and we will give you further explanation and come to terms mutually. Otherwise, we will assume you have agreed to our terms.

1. We will inspect your shipment thoroughly before shipping it out to you. In the rare occasion if there were any error, just contact us and we will give you instructions on how to email its pictures to us. We will analyze your pictures and description to determine if any error was due to the shipping company, your operational procedure or our warehouse or factory. If the error is inherent in our product before we ship it out to you, we will be responsible for exchanging or refunding to your satisfaction. If the error was caused by the shipping company, we will file a shipping claim on your behalf according to the evidence (package ripped or scuffed upon delivery, etc.) and pictures you provide. The shipping company usually settles claims in 1 – 6 months. During this period, customers shall not make accusations against us before a final resolution is reached. Otherwise, the customer will be responsible for any incorrect or untrue accusation that leads to negative impact on us or our economic loss.

2.  Most of our leather sofa models are made of China leather, with exceptions such as the Dark Brown (shiny CP069 and matt 069-1), shiny Black (CP001) and shiny Ivory (CP050), which are top-grain imported Italian leather. Most sofa models have leather only on the seating, armrests and backrests, and have leather-matched material on the back and sides. We offer Full-leather upgrade for custom orders for $300 – 600 per set, but you need to request it when your order.

3. Our sofas are made according to standards. If you have special requests such as sofa softness or firmness, you need to ask us and we will suggest specific models or custom-make the sofas for you. If you do not like the sofa after delivery, you will be responsible for re-packaging the sofas in its original packaging, the fee of shipping it back to us, and a 20% restocking fee. We will refund the remaining balance amount to you after we have received the returned sofa undamaged. Our sofas are hand-crafted and hand-made, so each sofa is unique and there may be minor variations in the leather details or stitching from set to set. Please also allow a 5% factory variation in dimension.

4. As our sofas are hand-crafted and not made by machine with complete precision, there may be occasional hand-made imperfection. Once in a while, we find an uneven patch along the edge of the wooden frame, or an uneven stretch of threading on the cushion, or a slight ripple in the leather, or an irregular bit of foam in the sofa. Very rarely, some differences in the color tone might occur on areas of the wood frames or leather. These infrequent instances of imperfection are inevitable man-made flaws, which are few and far between but which nonetheless do not affect the functioning of the overall sofas. Should they occur, we shall not be held responsible, but we will nevertheless do our best to help you solve or minimize the problem by providing extra materials. In case a problem cannot be resolved mutually, you agree to have it settled at the Los Angeles courthouse.

5. If you are exchanging the sofa, you will be responsible for point # 3 above, as well as paying for the associated costs of the new sofa.
